Calhoun County Farmers Federation Scholarship

The Calhoun County Farmers Federation is sponsoring two $2,000 college scholarships for students planning to pursue a course of study in agriculture or a related field. Requirements for applicants are as follows:

• Must be a U.S. citizen and resident of Calhoun County.


• Must be planning to pursue a career in agriculture or related field.


• Must include a letter of acceptance from the university of choice.


• Must include an official, signed grade report/transcript from high school, including ACT/SAT scores.


• Must include three letters of recommendation (one should be from someone in the Agricultural field).


• Must be an ALFA member to receive scholarship.
